Is this a surrogacy agency?
No. This is independent journey support. You already have a surrogate or will arrange one through your own path. Jaya does not provide matching, recruitment, or placement.
Does Jaya replace my medical or legal team?
No. Jaya is a fertility and functional medicine consultant, not your physician or attorney. Your licensed professionals provide medical treatment and legal advice.
When should we connect?
You can enquire while planning or during an existing US surrogacy journey. The first conversation helps establish whether the timing and support are a good fit.
How is an engagement arranged?
The scope, duration, and fee are agreed individually before you begin. Journey-support fees are separate from surrogate costs and escrow.
