Become a Surrogate with The Family Office of Surrogacy

Could surrogacy be right for you?

If you’ve experienced pregnancy and birth and feel called to help intended parents build their family, you may be in the right place.

The Family Office of Surrogacy is a boutique, founder-led agency. You’ll work directly with Jaya and receive individualized health support and hands-on coordination throughout your journey. Your health and well-being are a priority, and you’ll be well compensated for your time and commitment.

What is gestational surrogacy?

A gestational surrogate carries a pregnancy for intended parents who plan to raise the child. The pregnancy begins through IVF using an embryo that is not genetically related to you.

Could you be a surrogate?

To be considered as a surrogate with FOS, you should meet these starting criteria:

  • Be 21 to 38 years old.
  • Have previously been pregnant and given birth.
  • Have no history of significant pregnancy complications, including preeclampsia, preterm labor, cervical insufficiency or pregnancy-related high blood pressure.
  • Have no health condition that pregnancy could make worse.
  • Have a BMI below 32.
  • Do not smoke or vape, and do not use recreational drugs.
  • Live in a state where surrogacy is permitted.
  • If you are not a U.S. citizen, hold a Green Card that will remain valid for at least three years.
  • Have no felony conviction for you or your partner.
  • Be financially stable, with surrogacy not being your only source of income.

Meeting these starting criteria does not guarantee eligibility. We’ll review your circumstances before moving forward.
